     CHANGE OR CANCEL - Contact me to change or cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering.

     RETURNS - Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order. Customer is responsible for shipping costs related to the return. Please fill out the contact form WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER.

     EXCHANGES - Exchanges must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. Customer is responsible for shipping costs related to the exchange. Please fill out the contact form WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER.

     REPAIRS - Complimentary repairs will be honored within 10 days of receiving your order. Please email info@kocollection.com with your order number and photos of the jewelry that needs repair.

MATERIALS

     All jewelry is hypoallergenic (free of nickel and lead).

​

     Surgical steel posts are used in most earrings.

​

     Because gold plated elements are used in some pieces, they may tarnish. Gold plated items are an affordable option, but are not made to last as long as solid gold. Follow care guidelines to ensure your jewelry stays looking beautiful!

     Polymer clay is extremely lightweight. Even my largest earrings weigh 1 ounce or less a pair. The clay is flexible and can withstand some stress, but it's best to treat them with care.

JEWELRY CARE

     STORE - Keep your jewelry in a dry space.

​

     CLEAN - Keep your jewelry looking new by cleaning dirt/sweat off with mild soap and then dry with a soft cloth. You can restore resin back to a beautiful shine with a baby wipe.

     AVOID - These things can either cause your jewelry to tarnish or ruin them completely:

          * Do not wear in baths, showers, pools, oceans, hot tubs, etc.

          * Store jewelry in a dry place (avoid storing them in a bathroom affected by steam).

          * Remove jewelry before working out, sleeping, and avoid storing your jewelry where it may scratch against other metals.

          * Avoid using chemicals (perfume, jewelry cleaner, etc.) on clay pieces.
